How were you introduced to skateboarding? What got you started?
I was introduced to skateboarding by my neighborhood friends at the time. After i was introduced, I became self driven to take my ability to another level. I became very committed and started going to the skatepark every day. I'd say that's what got me started.
What was your first set up?
Birdhouse skateboard, Tracker trucks, Spitfire wheels, Abec bearings.
What is the best and worst thing about your hometown?
The best thing is obviously the skatepark we have available. The worst thing is some mornings it smells like shit.
Besides skateboarding, what do you like to do in your spare time?
Besides skateboarding, I'm a real dreamer. I love doing odd things like sitting up on my roof and pondering every possible alternate situation. I also love going to church with my friends.
Top 5 skateboarders of all time?
Danny Way, Jake Brown, Shaun White, Bucky Lasek and Daewon Song.
Top 5 skate videos of all time?
Search for Animal Chin, The DC Video, The Blind Video, Cheese and Crackers and the Almost video.
Favorite new trick?
Switch feeble grinds.
Do you prefer to skate with guys or girls?
i prefer to skate, period.
Describe your dream session.
A session where all of my friends were involved and we were all pushing each other to land different variations of the five. I think that would be exciting.
What kind of music have you been listening to lately?
Hardcore music when I'm on my skateboard and chill music when I'm not.
What is something most people don't know about you?
I'm pretty religious.
What do you have planned for this year?
I'd like to grow closer to God, work hard in skateboarding and be all I can be.
Shout outs and thanks?
God, my friends, my family, my sponsors. Thank you all.
